Douglas W. Schnitzer is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Senterra LLC, a holding company for numerous entities primarily involving real estate and luxury automobile dealerships owned by the Schnitzer family. The luxury automobile dealerships are owned and operated under the name Park Place.

One of the Schnitzer family’s most visible assets was its ownership in the 4.3 million square foot mixed-use development project known as Greenway Plaza. Schnitzer was responsible for all facets of ownership and operations prior to negotiating and structuring the sale of Greenway in October 1996 to Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, a publicly traded REIT founded by Mr. Richard Rainwater.

Mr. Schnitzer, through Senterra, developed the luxury residential community in Los Cabos, Mexico known as Villas del Mar. The $750 million development adjacent to the famous One and Only Palmilla Hotel is over 95% complete. Villas del Mar sets the standard for luxury resort living throughout Mexico with over 200 homes ranging from $3 million to in excess of $15 million.

In addition, to his traditional real estate involvement and development, Schnitzer was responsible for the acquisition of over 2000 acres on the Houston Ship Channel and the financing and operation of a major automated bagging facility and vegetable oil bottling facility at Jacintoport Terminal.

Mr. Schnitzer is a founding partner in Park Place Motorcars, one of the largest privately held luxury automotive groups in the United States, with sixteen car dealerships primarily located in the Dallas/Ft.Worth market. The Park Place family of dealerships includes four Mercedes Benz, two Lexus, two Porsche, two Jaguar/Land Rover, Honda, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Maserati, two McLaren, Infiniti, and Volvo.

Mr. Schnitzer has been a member of the Board of Trust Managers for Weingarten Realty Investors since 1985. Weingarten is a $3.5 billion publicly traded real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange since 1985.

Schnitzer is a native Houstonian and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1978 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

Myron G. Blalock, III is Executive Vice President and co-founder of Senterra LLC responsible for Finance, Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate Development. Blalock is also responsible for the Strategic Planning, Finance, Acquisitions, and Real Estate Development of Park Place Motorcars.

Over the last 15 years, Senterra LLC has expanded its activities and base of operations. Senterra has managed the development of 10 new state of the art luxury automobile dealership facilities in Texas. During this same time frame it has expanded its Park Place luxury automobile dealership operations from 4 dealerships to 18 dealerships, located primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Senterra is involved in luxury resort development in Los Cabos, Mexico including Villas Del Mar, which encompasses villa development in excess of $750 million, totaling approximately 200 luxury homes. Senterra has also been involved in several new technology ventures, including a successful wholly owned online company it started in 1998 named DefensiveDriving.com, which offers internet defensive driving courses throughout the nation. Over the last several years, Senterra entered the water business with the formation of Global H2O Investments. Global H2O started its operation in the desalination business in Mexico and has since expanded its scope to the United States and overseas.

In prior years, Senterra acquired control and operations of Jacintoport Terminal, a highly automated bagged goods facility on the Houston Ship Channel. Through its subsidiary, Houston's Deepwater Connection, Senterra acquired over 2,000 acres of industrial deepwater frontage along the Houston Ship Channel for both development and resale. Previously, Senterra completed a total redevelopment of Greenway Plaza, composed of improvements to all aspects of the 4.2 million square foot mixed use project.

Formerly, Blalock was President of Century Real Estate Advisors Inc. (CREAI) and Executive Vice President of U.S. Commercial Brokerage (USCB), both of which were subsidiaries of Century Development Corporation. He was also Senior Vice President of Development for Century. Prior to Century, Blalock worked with both Citicorp Real Estate Investments and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Blalock is a native Houstonian and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in architecture, and is on the Board of the University of Texas School of Architecture.

David C. Bruce, is Executive Vice President of Senterra LLC and is responsible for business development and for the strategic planning, operations and management of numerous affiliates.

Mr. Bruce is founder and President/CEO of DefensiveDriving.com. DefensiveDriving.com was founded in 1999, and the company pioneered the use of the internet to deliver state approved defensive driving courses in Texas. DefensiveDriving.com is viewed as the leading provider of driver education courses throughout the United States.

Mr. Bruce is a co-founder and Managing Director of Global H2O Investments. Mr. Bruce was the recipient of the 2003 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, serves on the board of the Clayton Dabney Foundation and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Arkansas.

Jack Kins is the Chief Financial Officer of Senterra LLC, a privately-owned holding company involved in luxury residential real estate, luxury automobile dealerships, and other diversified investments including international real estate developments and various other domestic holdings. As a member of the executive management team, Mr. Kins is responsible for the finance, accounting, income and property tax, insurance, information technology, and legal functions of the various real estate related holdings. These responsibilities allow Mr. Kins to maintain the essential internal and external reporting requirements through the establishment of internal controls and best practices. Mr. Kins is involved in review of acquisitions and strategic formation of the ownership structure of each new and existing investment in an effort to create maximized after-tax cash flows. He serves as a corporate officer and maintains the corporate minute books and partnership documentation for over 100 entities.

Additionally, Mr. Kins is a principal and the CFO of Cooke Slickline, LLC, an oilfield service company headquartered in Houston, TX.

Formerly, Mr. Kins was the CFO of Stude Investment Partners & Big Covey Exploration, LP, where he was a key advisor to the Stude Family since 2008. Mr. Kins began his career as a CPA working for Arthur Andersen and then working his way to CFO of a large International Business Process Outsourcer.

Mr. Kins is a very active volunteer in the community through various Houston based charities that focus on underprivileged children. He currently serves on the boards of Kids’ Meals, Camp Aranzazu, Houston Holocaust Museum Foundation Board and MD Anderson/UT Graduate of Biomedical Science. Previously he served as Co-President of The Children’s Fund, Vice President of JDRF’s Young Leadership Board and worked with children through Junior Achievement.

Mr. Kins came to Houston in 1993 after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Kins also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston.

Celene Buffington is Vice President of Human Resources for Senterra LLC and has led the Human Resources division with the Company since 1998. She is responsible for overseeing Human Resources functions for Senterra’s domestic and international diverse business interests. In her position, she reports to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and serves as a key member of the executive management team. Her specific responsibilities include recruitment, benefits, compensation planning, performance management, payroll management, training, employee relations, policy development and implementation, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, and legal and labor related functions.

Since joining Senterra, she has overseen the Human Resources implementation for start-up entities, implemented human resources and payroll system changes, centralized benefits programs for related entities, implemented expatriate programs, and initiated numerous organizational development plans. Ms. Buffington and her team’s leadership are critical to the company attaining its goals for their short term and long term strategic plan. Ms. Buffington continues to make an impact on the business by developing, implementing, and guiding the organization through transformational process and cultural changes. She has also worked diligently to support Senterra’s culture, which is focused upon creativity, integrity, leadership, and a passion for excellence.

Ms. Buffington received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science and a minor in Business from The University of Houston. Prior to working for Senterra, she was head of human resources for Environment Ltd., in Houston, Texas. Ms. Buffington is a native Texan.
