Jack Kins is the Chief Financial Officer of Senterra LLC, a privately-owned holding company involved in luxury automobile dealerships, luxury residential real estate, and other diversified investments. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Mr. Kins is responsible for the finance, accounting, income and property tax, insurance, information technology, and legal functions of the various real estate related holdings. Mr. Kins is also a member of the Investment Committee, where he is involved in review of acquisitions and strategic formation of the ownership structure of each investment in an effort to maximize after-tax cash flows.

Prior to joining Senterra, Mr. Kins was the CFO of Stude Investment Partners & Big Covey Exploration, LP where he was a key advisor to the Stude Family since 2008.  During that time, he also was the CFO and a principal of Cooke Slickline, LLC, an oilfield service company headquartered in Houston, TX where he helped acquire, grow and eventually sell the company.  Mr. Kins began his career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Kins is a very active volunteer in the community through various Houston based charities that focus on underprivileged children. Mr. Kins currently serves on the boards of Kids’ Meals (1998 to present), Holocaust Museum Houston Foundation (2014 to present) and MD Anderson/UT Graduate of Biomedical Science (2014 to present). Previous charitable works were carried out in his roles as board member of Camp Aranzazu (2009-2018), Co-President of The Children’s Fund, Vice President of JDRF’s Young Leadership Board and Volunteer with Junior Achievement.

A native Texan, Mr. Kins relocated to Houston in 1993 after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
